Qualifications & Certifications
- Mask Fit Testing
- IPAC Training Certificate or Four Steps Safety Protocol
- Valid Work Permit / PR Card / Citizenship (Proof of Work Eligibility)
- PSW Certificate or Active RN/RPN Status with CNO (with Certificate)
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Immunization Record Certificate
- Influenza Vaccination (Flu Shot)
- Two-Step TB Test (Valid within 6 months)
- Government-issued Photo ID, 2 Work References & Passport-size Photo
